Historical outline:
The manor in Frydman was raised in 1585 by Georg Horvath. It was then a territory of Upper Hungary, so called Zamagurze Spiskie. In the next centuries the manor was the property of subsequent rulers of Zamagurze. In 1918 this territory came into Poland’s property, and the manor – into property of a peasant who devastated it severely. After World War II the building housed a school on the ground floor whereas on the first floor its occupants still resided. At present the manor is still the private property.
